Cath has eighteen years’ experience in digital, across both client and agency side, with a particular keen interest in understanding user experience, analytics, and digital strategy.
Curious in nature, drawn to peoples’ stories and experiences, Cath’s empathic temperament allows her to provide the unbiased ‘voice of the customer’.
Cath is passionate about developing a better understanding of audiences and how this can be applied to digital experiences to produce frictionless journeys and embed a user-centric approach.
